Last year I took a break from Finance but now I am looking to jump back in. I was informed by the CFP board that I can just retake the exam with no required classes. Checking with you all what are the test prep courses you got there? Hopefully it's not that pricey. thanks everyone!

If you're planning to take the CFP exam again, there are quite a few prep courses available. Kaplan is well-known, but it can be quite expensive, around $7,500 for their full package. Dalton has a good blended program that runs for about 2-3 months and costs about $5,300. If you're looking for something more affordable, the Boston Institute of Finance offers a self-study option that's around $1,000. The American College and Texas State (with Kaplan) also have various packages at different prices.

What's your budget like, and how do you prefer to study?

What's the best bang-for-your-buck test prep course you've used lately? I'm hoping to get back in without spending a fortune, but still want something solid to get me CFP-ready
